web designers:  please use the the same format as FAQ’s on the other page..

A Fashion Home Manager is a person with beautiful furniture who lives in a vacant home for sale. In exchange for keeping it clean and letting Agents show the home, Home Managers get dramatically reduced monthly fees, far below the market rate.

Home Managers are from all walks of life. Individuals and small families often become Home Managers when they relocate to a new area, build a home, start a new business, experience the upheaval of divorce, want to save money on housing or simply want to enjoy a creative and flexible lifestyle.

Home Managers of Fashion Homes live in vacant homes for sale or model homes for lease or sale. These properties are difficult to sell and having someone live there is advantageous. In exchange for keeping the home clean and allowing agents to showcase the property, you get a steeply discounted monthly fee. The only catch is you have to move when it sells - hopefully to the next Fashion Home!

No. One of the great advantages of becoming a Home Manager is that we only require a ninety day minimum stay in our system. Our Fashion Home Managers are not tenants but independent contractors helping stage a vacant home. As the home is for sale, it is not possible to lease or rent the home out.

You must have or be willing to purchase enough furniture, artwork and accessories to furnish one of our homes. Your furniture must be in the style and grade appropriate to the home. In addition, Fashion Homes will run checks before you are approved. We do not accept pets and do not allow smoking in our properties. For more detailed information, contact your local Fashion Homes office or complete our online application to begin this process.

No. One of the wonderful advantages of becoming a Home Manager is that Fashion Homes supplies a staging expert to set up your entire home.
